Settings for AOL

A friend has asked me to help him set up his Outlook so that he can
receive mail from AOL not using the long-winded Web Mail. I would
love to help him, but I have no idea of the settings - i.e pop and
smtp.
Can any user of AOL put me in the right direction please?
