Help! I apologized for being technically challenged,
but I am hopefully learning. I bought a new
computer (HP Pavillion) and separately bought
Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (Hopefully for
new business I would like to start). I installed
the software, and part of the installation asked
for the product key, which I typed in. When I tried
to start Word, it then again asked me for the product
key, which I keyed in, and then it said it was
an incorrect key. Apparently, then, I originally
typed in the key incorrectly the first time.
And now, I do not
have access to this software. How can I fix this?
Is it possible to reinstall? Is this wasting space?>
Am I even allowed to do that? Please help -
Thanks so much. My email is (e-mail address removed)
