Setup Project Server

I have a client that had me install project server on one of his servers. Now he's looking for help in setting up projects so that his users can access them via the Project client or through Web Access. Any suggestions on where he should start? Are there any good resources on the web for a newcomer to Project? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PB:

Your question is so broad it's difficult to know where to start. At the very
bottom of the Admin home page in Project Web Access is a link that leads to
the Enterprise Implementation Framework (EIF) download page. This is a good
place to begin.
