Setvalue function not appearing in macro definition

I recently installed Access 2007 on a new laptop and the setvalue function
does not appear in the combo box under the "action" column in the macro
definition. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can copy the setvalue function by copying a macro that I built in an
earlier version of Access 2003, but I can't add it from scratch.

Click the Show All Actions button in the Show/Hide group on the Macro Design
Tools tab.
