Several issues with PPT 2008

1) In Powerpoint 2008 when I try to change the background color of a row or
column in a table (created in PPT 2008) by pressing the bucket icon on the
floating palette doesnt work, instead what happens is that the color of the
TEXT changes!

What a silly mistake (bug) !

However i guess it should be easy to correct and no, the button for changing
text color does work right. I hoped that the icons behavior were switched

2) When I save a PPT 8 presentation under the PPT 2004 format (to share with
a PC co-worker) the bullets in a list (numeric) change to some crazy icons
in PPT 2004 and in the windows version also. I am using Arial font, nothing
special.

3) In PPT 2008, when a draw a line, I cant manage to keep it perdendicular
("straight")

Thanks in advance for your kind help,

Leopard 10.5.2
MS Office PPT 2008 (updated as of today)
MS Office PPT 2004 (also updated)

I have seen this too. In fact, in a file that has 100% Arial, if I typed one
Wingding character in a text box, every bullet on that slide turns to
Wingdings. Then, if I place my I-beam into one of those bullet items, every
character on the slide turns to Wingdings.

PowerPoint sucks at lots of things.
