Hello everybody:

I have a few users who can create and work with
different projects and I need that when they open
Microsoft Project Professional, only can see projects
created by them. I tried to resolve the problem working
with the categories in Project Web Access. For example in
Admin/Manage Security/Categories I modified the category
assigned to these users in this way:
Projects: Select the projects that users in this
category can view:
Select: Only the projects indicated below:
Allow users in this category to view all
projects they manage

But when I work with Project Professional, I still can
open projects created by others users. What can I do?

Montse --

Remove the My Organization category from the Project Managers group. The My
Organization category is giving your PM's the ability to see all projects.
