several smtp servers

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap In Apple's mail app, it's possible to select a non-dedecated smtp server. How can I do the same with entourage. I have several email account's IMAP and POP accounts and use my MacBookPro on more then one location as well I connect to the internet by a mobile G3/HSDPA band.
