SFC. any cautions?

Hi,

I just installed Win98SE a few weeks back, clean install
and ran Win95 before that. I ran System file checker
yesterday and had 7 corrupted files. (all 7 were .dll
files) Is there anything I should know before restoring
these files? Has this program, SFC, caused any problems?
