Shadow bullet symbol NOT text in PowerPoint.

I would like to add shadow effects to just the bullet symbols, not the text,
in the master slide for a PowerPoint presentation. I am using Microsoft
Office 2003.

I think you'd have to add a shadow to an image and use a picture bullet.
