Shape Corodinates

Hi,
I'm sorry if this is question has already appeared (my email client is
messing me about)

Here goes?

How do I work out the absolute coordinates (Left, Top) of a shape that has
paragraph formating. I guess it has
something to do with the anchor, but how do I work out the coordinates of an
anchor paragraph?
