It is not really clear what you are asking but to modify shape data select
the shape, right mouse click, Data, Shape Data. If the shape does have data
it will display a menu with the information. If the shape does not have data
it will display the following message: “No shape data exists. Do you want to
define shape data now?†When a shape already has data you can define
additional fields by selecting the define button.
