Shape is transparent on drag

I'm reposting the question because it's important for the project I'm
working on,

Somehow , the shapes are transparent(invisible) during drag operation,

I don't manage to find the option(property) that controls this behavior.

Please help,

You can play with the options under Tools > Options > View > Display
Options. Visio decides whether to show shapes during drag based on testing
how fast your PC can redraw the image. If the rendering is taking too long,
Visio shows an outline instead of the drag image. Thus turning off some of
the higher fidelity settings may improve your chances of seeing a drag
image.

Hi Mark,


I've checked the "View" settings, all setting are default ones.
The problem I've described persists during dragging of simple Visio shapes
that doesn't require a complex rendering.
