Shape Protection and/or Layer properties

I created an org chart with pictures. I now want to update the file but I
keep receiving, "Shape protection and/or layer properties prevent complete
execution of this command." I have opened up the shape sheet and removed all
protection. I have removed any thing I can possible find with the entire
file that involves protection and it still will not let me make changes.
This is a large file that I do not wish to re-create and I will constantly
have to update. Help!!!

Hi,

There's a 'Replace Picture' context menu option. Are you using this or are
you trying to select the image shape itself and deleting?

Can you describe a quick walkthrough of what you're currently doing?
