No, not without some extra code in VBA or other, but it is possible to
change the position and type of an existing connection point, thus giving
the appearance that it is being added.

could spoof it:
create 3 connection points on same point....adjust locations of each based
off custom property or action. Poor man way to do the kinds of things the
EN network segment does in the network stencil
