Share calendar for a common resource with other companies

How do we create a calendar / use a calendar for a common conference room in
our building. All the companies use MS Outlook but are not networked. Is
there a way to do this?

If they're not networked it would be difficult to do since normally you
might create a Public Folder in Exchange...
