Share Calendars/3rd party Tools?

I understand there is no way to share Outlook calendars
without using Exchange. Can someone recommend a third
party app. to supply this function? I've got a 4 person
office that wants this capability, but they are way too
small for Exchange.

We use Exiis.Net out of California. Not only do they support remote
Exchange, they also support PocketPC and synchronizing over the Internet
with all wireless devices.
