Share my calendar is missing

I have a computer that is Joined to a Small Business Server 2003 and
Exchange. I have the Exchange email account set up and everything is working
except that I do not have the "Share My Calendar" or any of the other shares.
How Do I fix this? I need this calendar shared on our network.
I have 5 other computers that have the Shares and they all work. This is the
only one that has this missing. This computer was set up exactly like the
other 5 with the client apps from the server. There are 10 User CALs on the
server.
Any help would be appreciated

It is Outlook 2003 SP2 on all computers loaded from CD.
The Navigation Pane is on and in view.

FYI
I think I have found the solution to the problem.
When Outlook 2003 is installing there is part of the setup that ask to
Upgrade From Outlook Express. It is checked by default because of Outlook
Express being installed on the computer.
What I did:
I took the client computer and Uninstalled Outlook 2003 completely by
using the Outlook CD Setup. Then I made sure that all of the Outlook
Identities were removed in all Outlook folders inside of "Documents and
settings". Then I reinstalled Outlook 2003. During setup when I say the
Outlook Express Upgrade I left it checked so Outlook would import the folders
and email accounts. After setup and joining the Exchange server I still had
no "Share My Calendars".
So I decided to uninstall and go through the process one more time. On the
second reinstall and setup I unchecked the Outlook Express thing. Joined back
to the Exchange and the Share My Calendar was there. Then I imported the
accounts and mail from Outlook Express.
So to be sure I was not missing something else I added one more of the
office computers to the Domain. I needed to do this anyway. Setup Outlook
Both ways and came up with the same results. Now it is all good to go.
