Share notebooks with One Note 2007 over internet

Hello all,

I want to share my notebooks in One Note 2007 (ON07) with others over
internet NOT within LAN! All users have ON07.

Sharing of notebooks in my LAN works properly but when I want to
invite others they get no connection. The error-message is like the
following:

"The session address is invalid. Check the session address and try
again."

I send them the ON07 generated Mail e. g. with following address:

192.168.0.4:2302
fe80::c0d7:1694:ec6e:d149#2302
fe80::2083:1157:3f57:fffb#2302
Session address for participant over the internet:
2001:0:5ef5:73ba:2083:1157:3f57:fffb#2302

Our Systems:

- OS Win 7 and Win XP
- Norton Internet Security 2010 Firewall
- Behind a NAT-Router

Does anyone know where the problem could be?

Please help, it's very important for me!
