Share one calendar and contacts?

I work for a small company (4 people), and we're looking to maintain one
office calendar that all four can make additions and changes to and also one
contact list that all can access from blackberries. We are on Microsoft
Office 2007. Any suggestions on accomplishing this? Is another program
necessary to do so?
