Share OutLook Contacts with Word?

Is there a way to share access OutLook Contacts with Word so addresses from
the OutLook Contacts are accessible when using Word to print envelopes?

Yes there is. Go to the Tools/Letters and Mailings/Mail Merge Wizard. In
that wizard you will have options for both envelopes and using outlook
contacts.
