Share Point Team Services in Windows Authentication

Hello,

Please help if you can!!!!
We're installing Project Server 2002 running Share Point
Team Services on Windows 2000 in Active Directory
environment. After reading some recommendation available
out there, we decided to first installing Share Point
Team Services before installing Project Server2002.
However, we have encountered some issues in installing
Share Point Team Services using the Mix mode vs. Windows
only Authentication.

During the install process when Share point Team Services
prompts the SQL Database Name, SQL User Name and
Password; after entering this information correctly, it
works only for the SQL Server (standard) account, but not
for the Windows account when set to mix mode. But when
set to Windows only Authentication, if doesn't work at
all for neither standard nor the windows account.

Is there anybody who can offer some advice on what needs
to be done first in order to get this working in Windows
authentication? Any comments/feedbacks would be very much
appreciated.

Thank you,

Delphin Kyubwa
