Share selected contacts and selected fields with co-workers?

Hi -
I'd trying to share my contacts with a co-worker, but I need three things:
1. Share only certain contacts
2. Share only specific fields (i.e., keep my "Notes" private)
3. Update it automatically.
Can you help me please? Thanks!
