Shared Border Changes - Uploading

I am having problems with the uploading of changes. If I make a needed change
to the border area, say on my index page, will all shared border pages be
updated?
Does the same apply to Dynamic Web Pages? Thanks, Manfred

Yes on Shared borders
and on DTW (when using a disc based web)
