Shared border problems

I am on MS Hosting.
The shared borders work at:
http://www.hectorberriosbaseball.com/index.htm

But if you go to the url alone and see default.htm they don't show up.
I have copied index.htm to default.htm yet the borders only appear on the
index page.
How can I repair this to work on all pages?

Has default.htm been added to the navigation view? There are no
links to default.htm in the navbars that appear on index.htm.
I suggest that you delete default.htm from your local site, then
right click index.htm and rename to default.htm , thus making
default.htm your home page, with all navigation bars in place, then
use
Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks, and then publish the web.
If you are asked whether to merge the navigation or overwrite it,
always choose to overwrite.

Your host requires default.htm as the home page file name
- rename your home page (now index.htm) to default.htm and republish
