Shared Borders Equivalents

I have done FrontPage and only FrontPage. (FrontPage
and a lot of HTML/Javascript hacking)
I like and use the Shared Borders - saves much time!! (IFrame is the
same thing???)
Does Expressions Web do them, or something similar?
Do any of the Freeware Web Editors do something similar?

Since my FrontPage is broke I need to move on.

No. Iframe is not the same thing.
You can Google for info about Iframes.
For question regarding Expression Web, please address in the Expression
newsgroup.
For question regarding Freeware Web Editors, Google for specific ones and
look at their documentation or forums.

DWT are better...Dynamic Web Templates
Expression web and Dreamweaver use DWTs and probably other editors as well.
