Shared Borders

I am trying to build my first web site in FP2003 & trying to use shared
borders. I have saved my border as a template (left hand border) and open
that as a new page, but can't figure out how to add more information on the
page to the right of the border. Help!!!

Open your site in FP
Create a new empty page
Apply the shared borders
- Format Shared borders -select left
FP will create the left shared border page in the _hidden folder named _borders as left.htm
- you can now copy the html you created before for you left shared border into that correct shared border page

PS
I highly recommend you don't create a new site using shared borders
- they are deprecated and not supported in follow on products
Instead build your site using a Dynamic Web Template
