Shared Calendar appointment times changed

URGENT:

My client's office was doing a terminal session from CA to NY. They did
nothing local.
I created a naitive local domain windows server 2003 enterprise. Installed
exchange 2003, but havent moved the mailboxes yet.

Next I joined all the local computers to the domain, then copied their
profiles from the NY server to their local PCs.

So far so good. Everything is working, their outlook 2003 is pointing to the
NY exchange server.

Here is the problem.
Everyone has all their emails and appointments in their own calendars. All
the information is correct.

When people add the CEO calendar to their own outlook 2003, they get
duplicate schedules & a day was added to the end of the appointment time on
some of the appointments.

Both PC's calendar times match exactly. The CEO's calendar shows everyting
correctly.

Can't seem to find anything on the internet about this.

Also: When they were terming into NY, they had their CEO's calendar added to
their outlook 2003 and their was no change in appointment times.

Any thoughts out there?

Mike
