Shared Calendar using Pop3

Hi

Currently we have a shared calendar, the calendar is stored on a central
server.

We used to use Microsoft Exchange Server but have now moved towards Pop3.

The problem we are facing is that when a certain number of users trys to
access the calendar other users are denied access. We are using a PST file.

Why does this problem happen?

PSTs are single user data stores. When your company decided to move off
Exchange they did realize that Exchange was what was enabling the sharing,
right?

Because Exchange is what enables the sharing. Without Exchange, sharing is
more difficult. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for other
ideas.
