Shared calender history

Question, we are on a large network and share calenders through the normal
means. Is it possible to see who accesses the calender entries, and any
information in them? Is there a log file somewhere in the Exchange server or
on the remote computers that can accomplish this? Wondering if this
functionality even exists without IP mapping.

Neither Outlook nor Exchange keeps that information.
