shared calenders

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange a user uses webmail address for entourage but can not open/view somebody elses shared calender. this works fine if the webmail address changes to the exchange server address
any ideas?
