SHARED DOCUMENTS FOLDER NAME CHANGED BY ITSELF

In my Windows XP Explore file manager the "Shared Documents" folder name
somehow changed itself to "Documents". I did nothing to change it. The
Norton scan says I currently have no viruses. It appears that the folder
still contains all the files I had stored in the original "Shared Documents"
folder, because the "Disc Free Space" is the same as it was prior to the
mysterious name change of the folder. (I have a backup.) When I double click
what is now called the "Documents" folder, an error message pops up that
reads "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible", and
below that line it reads "Access is Denied". I cannot delete or access the
folder. Is there some way to change the folder name back to "Shared
Documents" so I can use it again?
