Shared Folder Access

When projects are saved to my server all EXISTING users are granted "read"
access.
The problem is when NEW users are added they are not granted "read" access
to exisitng projects shared folders.
In Site Provisioning Settings I have selected Aiutomatically create a team
Web site...,
Automatically add Project Web Access users to a project team Web site... and
Automatically add a new Project Web access user into a cross-site...

How do I allow new users access to existing projects Shared Folder?.

I tried that. From the projects "Home" site I select "Shared Documents" then
"Syncronize with Project Server". I get a message box about "...editing lists
in Excel or Access..." and a second paragraph "Click OK to syncronize the
list..." and in about 2 seconds a message pops up "The Project Server
database has been successfully updated". Then I check "Site Settings",
"Manage Users" and there are no changes to the user lists. I tried refreshing
the page, closing and opening the document page but any active resources that
are new are not added to the list.

I found it unusually slow getting any response; maybe a good thing?
After losing my frustration I found that what you meant to say was...
Go to the Admin area, select Manage Windows SharePoint Services, select
Manage SharePoint sites, select the proper Project Name and select
Synchronize. That works every time. All new enterprise resources were added
to the projects Shared Documents users list.
The confusion was which "Synchronize" to use since there is also a
sychronize in the location I identified below.
