Greetings,

Im am trying to create a mail form or template, and make it availabl
to everyone in our office. All of our mail clients are Outlook 200
which are connecting to a 2003 exchange server. Now I can publish th
forms to a shared folder, but can not view the forms through the folde
list. The forms however are visible by going through the tool
menu->forms->choose form. In a nut shell is there a way I can mak
these forms visible? Thanks for any assistance :

Normally you would publish the form to the Organizational Forms Library to
make it available to everyone in your organization. Did you want to make the
custom form the default for all emails? That has to be done on each machine
using the machine's Windows registry. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm for that.

If this is an Exchange public folder the default is for all incoming emails
to be converted into IPM.Post from IPM.Note. See the Problems section at
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/pfshare.htm for more information on that.
