Hello,
Hpoing someone can help me with this, here's the
situation:
We have an email address that has been setup on several
machines, the email is retrieved via POP3 as this is the
only method the provider offers. The issue we have is
that if one person deals with a mail then delete's it
they then have to tell everyone to delete it as the
current configuration downloads a copy of the mail to the
local machine. Does anyone know how I can rectify this?
I thought about setting up the email on our server then
configuring the user machines to retrieve from the local
server....but this is not ideal and I'm not 100%
comfortable to email to this configuration.
Any advise hugely appretiated
thanks
