Shared Office Calendar in Public Folders

G

Gordon Price

In Calender view I can show my Calendar next to any given Shared Calendar,
but I can't get the Office Calendar in Public Folders to show up. I have
tried "Open a Shared Calendar", clicked the "Name..." button, and chosen
"Public Folders" in the "Show Names" pulldown, but I get a blank list at that
point. This is pretty important, as the receptionist has to manage her
calander, three shared calendars from Principals, plus the office calendar,
and not seeing the office calendar at the same time as the others is a real
pain.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gordon

In the Folder List navigation pane, drag the Office Calendar to Public Folders\Favorites.

Thanks Sue!
Given that Favorites was in the public folders, I assumed it was some sort
of shared favorites, and had not explored its use as of yet. I will need to
explore that facorites folder some more.

Thanks again,
Gordon

They're the user's personal favorites.
