Shared Outlook Calendars/Exchange

When I update my Outlook calendar, how do people viewing it get those
updates? Do I have to re-publish it each time or do the updates get sent out
automatically? They are viewing it through their own Outlook, not Office
online.

What do you mean they are viewing it through their own Outlook? Are you on
an Exchange Server within a company, for example? Are people *not* getting
your updated information? Are you able to see their updated information?
What version of Outlook / Exchange / Windows are you using?
