Shared recipients, one read reads all

Hi There

There are several people in my office who receive the same email. Th
first person to come to it acts upon it. I was wondering if there was
way to see if the other recipients have read the mail? When the nex
person comes to the mail they try to act on it too and it wastes a fe
minutes each time.

Any ideas would be muchly appreciated

Is it one IMAP account, or is the message sent to everyone and
everyone has their own IMAP account?
