A Live Sharing session can only be for a single Section. If it is a Shared
Notebook with all participants having access, the constant sync will yield
nearly the same results as being able to have multiple Sections as part of
a Live Sharing session.
Live Sharing is now pretty much a deprecated feature in ON. Shared
Notebooks are intended to be the primary way of sharing data during a
collaboration session.
