D Dave Peterson Nov 25, 2003 #2 Save it to a location that everyone can get to (LAN folder???). But if you want to allow multiple updates, you can: Tools|Share Workbook. Be aware that there are lot of features that are unavailable with shared workbooks. (Look at help more info.)
