Shared Sub-calendar/sub-inbox

Hi,

In Outlook 2002, users can create more than 1 folder in
the main folders. Therefore user can have more than 1
calendar, inbox, task, etc... The problem is that how can
you share those folders besides the main ones. I have
tried different method to share out my sub contacts
folders but other users were not able to view them from
his/her computer. She/he can only see the main folders
only.

Can anyone tell me how to share out those subfolders that
I have created so others be able to pull up on his/her end?

Thanks,

MT

Well, yes, but for folders other than mail-storage ones, I'd stick with the
defaults. I don't see any need to have multiple contacts/calendars/tasks
when I can use the defaults & use categories to control/filter/view them.

To see any folders other than the defaults you see in file | open | other
user's folders, you'll need to grant the delegate at least 'reviewer' rights
to the root of the other mailbox in Outlook. Then in the delegate's Outlook,
go to the properties of the Exchange server service, advanced tab, and add
the other mailbox there - it will now show up in their folder list.
