In the previous versions of Excel, if a shared workbook was being used, the
next user to try and open it would get a notification message saying it was
locked and by whom. I understand you can find that info out by going into
Tools, Shared Workspace and having an option ticked there but people are
preferring the notification message. Is it possible to switch that back on, I
have looked around and not been successful in finding it..... grateful for
any advice. Thanks, Debbie
