Sharepoint 2007 and Project Web Access 2003

Are there any problems using Sharepoint 2007 and Project Web Access 2003 if
we don't use the Risks, Issues or Documents sections of Project Web Access?

Yes. Site creation and permissions sync will not work as the hooks into the
two applications are different.

You got no choice but to use WSS V2 with 2003 and WSS V3 with 2007.
