I need to have an E-mail sent out when an item (certificate of training,
valid for 2 years) on my sharepoint list reaches a due date. I want the
system to alert on several ocasions to different people.
It concerns a training list with affiliates that requires training on two
specific dates (once a year) set up on the list. two months before the
training session is due, an evaluation must be performed (1.alert by E-mail).
Then two monts later the training session takes place (2.alert by E-mail). A
year later this happens all over again.
