We have an employee who just returned from leave. While
on leave, two things happened; (1) we changed her
authentication from Windows to Project Server (so we
could log on as her and accept updates to projects), and
(2) we moved the whole application to a new server -
which is working great for everyone.
When she returned from leave, we changed her
authentication scheme back to being Windows authenticated.
The problem is this: This employee can access everything
except Documents, Issues, and Risks within PWA. Do you
have any idea why she cannot access the SharePoint areas
of the application? When she tries, she gets prompted
for a username and password - followed by an error
message indicating that she doesn't have permissions or
an account is not set up on the server.
Does anyone have any idea what we aren't checking on this
one? We are using PWA-2003 on WindowsXP 2003 along with
Microsoft Project 2003.
Thanks!
