Sharepoint access

My company has sharpoint services deployed throughout the
organization. Is there anyway to give sharepoint users
access to the sharepoint project sites other than those
that have CALs? Is there any integration with
Sharepoint? They do not need to view the plans, add time
or view any other functionality of PWA since they will not
be part of the project but do need access to the the
documentation.

Any suggestions?
