Sharepoint Calendar Description Field

We use the Calendar feature to schedule deliveries with. After creating the
entry I export the event to send the calendar item to the customer as a
reminder.

Is there any way to pre-fill a description field so that when I export the
event the text is in the body of the calendar item?

For example, I want to put info pertinent to their delivery in the event for
their calendar.
