Sharepoint Extranet

Hi,



I got my Project Server environment working really well, with one exception.
When I try to access the Sharepoint Services for a certain project from the
Internet, the project server tries to connect to
http://myhostname/sites/Project99 instead of
http://www.mydomain.org/sites/Project99. I have configured both PWA extranet
address and the SPS extranet address. If I manually write the path to the
SPS from the Internet It works fine. I use SSL on the site. What could I
have done wrong?

Hi,

you should a name resolution that works both in intranet and extranet and
use this also for

SharePoint Central Administration URL and Create a site under this
SharePoint URL

as well as at the mentioned places. While other methods are possible, that's
easiest and safest way.
