Sharepoint File Copying

I want to copy several files from one Sharepoint Server to another. I am
trying to copy from
http://server1/sites/projectname/SharedDocuments/filename to
http://server2/sites/projectname/SharedDocuments/filename.
The key is that I want to also retain file histories! I can copy files via
Windows Explorer, but they are not retaining the version history. Is there
a way to do this?

Do you have FrontPage 2003 (MUST be 2003)

If you do

Open the source site in FrontPage and double click the libary to open it
File>Open Site (enter the URL of the site)
Open the target site in FrontPage and double click the library

Shrink the two windows so you can see the both on sreen and drag from source
to target ... all of the versions and version information is copied also
