Be careful with those product name. With windows 2000 we used to have
Sharepoint team service (STS) and now with 2003 we have Windows Sharepoint
services (WSS) which is free when you have a valid Windows 2003 licences.
Sharepoint Portal server is more oriented as a document management tools and
it is not free.
