When a notification is sent as a result of a change in the issue does
anyone know whether is it possible to customise the text of the email
sent issue so that the issue title is included.

By default only the issue id seems to be included

Also does any clever person know if it is possible to customize the
issue history at the bottom of each issue e.g. order of fields etc
